Instructions for making sea moss gel:
Step 1-Rinse 2 times using alkaline/spring/filtered water (do not use tap water)
Step 2-Soak in same type of water for 4-8 hours until expanded sea moss is almost twice original size
Step 3-Drain sea moss but retain the water for next steps
Step 4-Add expanded sea moss with some retained water into a blender/juicer
Step 5-Otion to add desired fruits (e.g. blueberries, raspberries, wild cherries, pineapple, etc.)
Step 6-Blend until smooth in consistency
Step 7-If sea moss gel is too thick, add more retained water and blend until desired consistency
Step 8-Pour gel into jars or containers with a lid (use a glass jar and not plastic)
Step 9-Store sea moss gel in the refridgerator (use within 3-4 weeks)
Instructions for making sea moss drink:
Step 1-Rinse 2 times using alkaline/spring/filtered water (do not use tap water)
Step 2-Soak in same type of water for 30 minutes until it begins to expanded and soften
Step 3-Tranfer expanded sea moss and soaking water to a big/deep pot
Step 4-Add more of same type of water until you have 3 times more water than sea moss
Step 5-Option to add desired herbs or spices (eg. nutmeg, cinamon, allspice, etc.)
Step 6-Boil at medium temperature for 20-30 minutes until seamoss has fully liquidified
Step 7-Allow to cool for 10-15 mins
Step 8-Carefelly pour and strain liquid into another pot or bowl with lid
Stwp 9-Option to add seeds to warm liquid (e.g. linseed, flax, chia, hemp seeds, etc.)
Step 10-Cover with lid until fully cooled
Step 11-Pour into glass bottles/jars
Step 12-Refrigerate bottled sea moss (use within 3-4 weeks)
